Steps to Booking Your Wedding With Us

Choose Your Package
We will put together options that will suit your wedding and needs based on your wedding. We never will try to oversell you coverage that you do not need, our signature packages include an album, engagement session, and plenty of coverage. Our goal is to find the best option that works for you, you can always add more options later.
Book Your Date
We will present you with a contract and summary of your coverage. Once that is signed electronically, you will be able to pay your initial deposit via check or Chase QuickPay and once you do that your date will be locked in! Then we can schedule and plan for your engagement session and send you our timeline for your shoots.
We will get in tocuh with you 2-4 weeks prior to your event. At this time we will finalize all details, expectations and time-lines of your event. This is very imporant, so we both have clear understanding what to expect the day of. If there were any last minute changes they should be communicated at this time.

Our process of working with you is all-inclusive. We have a team of people that work together to make sure that you are well taken care of from planning your shoots, to designing your final album. Your story is unique, and we understand that, so no clients get cookie-cutter template albums. We customize your experience uniquely just for you.
Our Editing Process
These process are probably the most important process, there are many steps to this process.
Step 1: Back Up, right after your wedding we create multiple backups.
Step 2: Image Selection, culling your images and creating a selection.
Step 3: Color & Tonal Correction, color correction is applied to every image in your gallery.
Step 4: Creative Edits, selected images in your gallery will get creative edits done, this consist of minor dodging, burning, vignette, and color adjustments in addition to retouching stray hairs and fixing highlights.
Step 5: Signature Edits, Our Signature Edited Photos are unlike any other wedding photos that you have seen, they are shot from the start with a signature edit in mind, These images require a significant more amount of time than just color correction and creative edits.
Step 6: Uplaod and Online Gallery, Once we complete our edting process, an online gallery is then created to store your full resolution images. This also act as a backup device, securing your images in the cloud. We will then send you the password proctected online gallery link. Your gallery can be accessed anywhere in the world, and you can download your images as many times as you want.
As you can see, wedding post production can take some time to deliver quality product to each and every one of our clients. The editing process is just as important and truly handled with care. Our standard turanaround for all your images is 4-6 weeks and your wedding film is 6-8 weeks following your event. For those client with an album in their package, they will select photos using their online gallery and our design team will create a custom design inspired by your wedding story!
